The triumph crowns the North American organisation as the best team in the world after a dominant run through the season-ending event.

Arriving in France as the number one seed from North America, NRG navigated the group stage with resilience. They edged past Ninjas in Pyjamas 3-2 before overcoming Team Secret 3-1 to secure a place in the knockout rounds.

The playoffs brought sterner tests but also showcased NRG's depth. In an all-American quarter-final, they narrowly defeated The Ultimates 4-3 in a high-pressure series.

That momentum carried into the semi-final, where they swept Geekay Esports 4-0 to book their spot in the title match.

The final against Team Falcons began with drama. NRG snatched game one 3-2, but Falcons responded with a tight 1-0 win in game two.

From there, NRG shifted into another gear, taking the next three games in commanding fashion to close out the series 4-1 and secure the championship.

Individual accolades reflected their dominance. Landon 'BeastMode' Konerman was named RLCS 2025 Season MVP, while team-mate Daniel 'Daniel' Piecenski earned the North American RLCS MVP award, underlining the squad's quality.
