Set to take place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from May 8th to 18th, the tournament will feature 20 R6 Esports partner teams battling for a share of over $500 000 in prize money. The event will also mark the professional debut of Siege X.

The format revolves around a new 'Bullet' system, a strategic resource that affects a team's ranking, standing, and survival. Additionally, teams can also utilise special cards which can influence match outcomes and impact their chances of reaching the playoffs.

The upcoming Rainbow Six Siege event will feature a unique two-stage format: the Group Stage and Playoffs. Each of the 20 teams starts with six Bullets in a Bullet Reserve, which determines their standing. The Group Stage consists of five rounds of best-of-one matches, with teams choosing their opponents via direct challenges (except for the first round, which is randomly drawn). Teams cannot face the same opponent twice.

When challenging an opponent, both teams wager Bullets, with the winner reclaiming theirs and earning extra based on round difference, while the loser loses the wagered Bullets. A team can overcommit Bullets beyond its reserve, but a loss results in direct elimination.

After five rounds, the four teams with the most Bullets in Rounds 4 and 5 advance directly to the Playoffs, while eight more teams qualify based on standings. The bottom four teams are eliminated unless they use a 'Duel' card to stay in the competition. The Playoffs then follow a single-elimination format, with best-of-three matches in the quarterfinals and semifinals, and a best-of-five grand final to crown the champion.

The Group Stage will run daily from May 10th to 14th, followed by the Playoffs, which begin on May 16th. The grand final is set for May 18th, with all matches taking place at Carioca Arena 1 in Rio de Janeiro. Exact start times will be announced later.
