Four-time Major winner Gla1ve retires from professional Counter-Strike
Four-time Counter-Strike Major champion Lukas 'Gla1ve' Rossander has announced his retirement from professional esports.
Gla1veAlongside stepping away from competitive play, the former in-game leader revealed he plans to transition into a coaching role.
Gla1ve, who spent five months on the sidelines after being benched by ENCE, shared the news on Monday, bringing an 18-month stint on the team's starting lineup to a close.
Best known for his time with Astralis, Gla1ve joined the Danish organisation in 2016 and helped lead one of Counter-Strike's most dominant eras, claiming four Major titles and 16 tournament victories between 2018 and 2019.
