BLAST reschedules Slam IV Dota 2 tournament to avoid schedule clash
Tournament organiser BLAST has announced that the BLAST Slam IV Dota 2 tournament in Singapore has been rescheduled to avoid overlapping with FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2.

The Group Stage will now take place online from October 14 to 19, instead of the originally planned October 28 to November 2, 2025.
BLAST said the change came after consultations with teams, partners, and fellow tournament organisers, aiming to allow squads to compete in both events. FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2 is scheduled for October 24 to November 2, 2025.
As part of this adjustment, the Group Stage will move from an LAN event to an online format, giving teams the flexibility to participate in both tournaments "without compromise." The Playoffs will still be held offline at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
Following the format of previous BLAST Slam events, the fourth edition will feature 12 teams — both invited and qualified — battling for a $1 million prize pool.
While the full roster of teams is yet to be revealed, confirmed participants include Team Liquid, Team Spirit, and Tundra Esports, among others.
