IPL: Aiden Markram, Nicholas Pooran lead Lucknow Super Giants to victory against Gujarat Titans
Aiden Markram and Nicholas Pooran both scored half-centuries to lead the Lucknow Super Giants to a six-wicket victory over Gujarat Titans in their IPL clash on Saturday.

Markram struck a 58 from 31 balls while Pooran powered 61 off 34 deliveries as the Super Giants chased down a target of 181 with three balls to spare.
The Proteas T20 skipper was the dominant partner in an opening stand of 65 with Rishabh Pant (21) before combining with West Indian Pooran for a partnership of 58 off just 29 balls.
Markram's Proteas teammate David Miller could only contribute 7 but was out in the penultimate over with seven runs still needed for victory.
Ayush Badoni made sure there was no further hiccups as he finished the match with two boundaries in the final over to be 28 not out off 20 deliveries.
Gujarat would have been disappointed to only reach a total of 180-6 in their 20 overs after openers Sai Sudharsan and Shubman Gill put on 120 in the first 12 overs.
Sudharsan hit 56 off 37 balls while Gill top-scored with 60 from 38 deliveries but then lost wickets at regular intervals when a total in excess of 200 looked to be likely.
