T1 rounds out League of Legends Worlds quarterfinals fixtures
The quarterfinals for the 2025 League of Legends World Championships have finally been decided.
league-of-legends16The brutal Swiss stage saw LoL heavyweights such as Bilibili Gaming and 100 Thieves get knocked out of the competition.
The fifth round of competition saw the final three quarterfinalists decided, with Top Esports, CTBC Flying Oyster and defending champions T1 earning their place in the top eight.
With the new seeding provided by the Swiss Stage results, the quarterfinal matchups are as follows:
Anyone's Legend v T1
G2 Esports v Top Esports
Gen.G Esports v Hanwha Life
KT Rolster v CTBC Flying Oyster
The eight teams play in a single elimination bracket and all matches are Best of 5 using the Fearless Draft system. The quarterfinals get underway on 28 October. The grand final is set for 9 November with $1 million up for grabs.
