Man City boss Guardiola breaks silence on Joao Cancelo joining Bayern Munich
Pep Guardiola has insisted Joao Cancelo's surprise move to Bayern Munich this week was due to the defender wanting regular first-team football.

The Portugal international has joined the German side on loan from Manchester City until the end of the season with a view to a permanent transfer.
There have been reports that Cancelo had become a disruptive figure in the dressing room after falling out of favour, but Guardiola would not substantiate those rumours.
The City manager said: "He is a guy who needs to play to be happy. We decided, all three parties, for him to go to Munich."
