Griezmann's triumphant return to the Spanish capital in the 2022/23 campaign, securing 15 goals and 16 assists, has solidified his place in the team and earned him the respect of the Atletico fanbase.
Despite rumours surrounding his potential departure due to a €25 million release clause, coach Diego Simeone remains steadfast in his support, and Torres has confirmed Griezmann's loyalty to the club.
"I don't think Griezmann wants to leave, regardless of his clause, even at €25m. He's thoroughly content at Atletico Madrid," stated Torres, as reported by Marca.
