Dan Burn: Newcastle 'full of confidence' ahead of Carabao Cup final
Newcastle United defender Dan Burn has spoken ahead of Sunday's Carabao Cup final against Liverpool, expressing belief that his side have learned from last year's disappointment at Wembley.

The Magpies return to the final having lost 2-0 to Manchester United in 2023, a result that extended their long domestic trophy drought to 70 years.
However, Burn, a Blyth-born lifelong Newcastle supporter, insists the experience has strengthened the squad as they prepare for another shot at silverware.
Standing in their way are the current holders Liverpool, who defeated Chelsea in last season's final and are considered favourites once again.
Despite their midweek Champions League setback, Jurgen Klopp's side remain top of the Premier League, sitting 23 points ahead of sixth-placed Newcastle. The Reds also emerged victorious when the teams met at Anfield last month.
Nevertheless, Eddie Howe's side will be eager to cause an upset at Wembley and lift their first major domestic trophy since 1955.
“We're full of confidence going into the final. I don't think it will be the same as last time,” said Burn.
"It was very emotional two years ago, not just for the players, but also for the whole city. It might have been a bit more of a surprise that we got there, whereas this time around, I feel as though we believe that we should be doing that on a regular basis.
"It will be much more 'business as usual' from our side. I know there'll be a lot of external noise, but internally, we're just treating it like any other game.
"We've got full belief that we can go there and get the job done."
