Chelsea goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic attracts widespread interest
Chelsea goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic is officially up for sale, with the west London club setting an asking price of around 25 million pounds for the Serbian international.

The 25-year-old impressed during a season-long loan at Ligue 1 side Strasbourg in 2024/25, attracting attention from clubs across Europe.
Despite his strong performances in France, Petrovic does not feature in the plans of new Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca, who is seeking a goalkeeper more aligned with his tactical vision.
With Robert Sanchez, Filip Jorgensen, and promising youngster Mike Penders already at the club, Chelsea are well stocked in goal and may turn their attention to AC Milan's Mike Maignan after the Club World Cup.
Reports confirm Chelsea's openness to letting Petrovic leave, and interest in the former New England Revolution stopper is growing rapidly.
Strasbourg are keen to make his loan move permanent, while Premier League newcomers Leeds United are also in the mix.
Leeds manager Daniel Farke views Petrovic as a potential No 1, especially as current goalkeeper Illan Meslier fell out of favour late in the season due to poor form. Farke is reportedly open to selling Meslier, depending on incoming options.
Other clubs monitoring Petrovic include Aston Villa, Brentford, Wolves, Bayer Leverkusen, Juventus, and Fiorentina.
