Riot overhauls VALORANT Wayray Play event
Riot Games unveiled a major overhaul to its VALORANT Wayray Play Event, introducing a new prize entry system and a "second chance" feature as part of the celebration of the release of frontline strike agent Wayray.

The revamped event allows players to use in-game currency known as Agent Points to directly enter for prizes, including gaming gear favored by the competitive community such as iPads, SteelSeries keyboards, GameBuzz earphones, and QCK gaming mouse pads. Previously limited to PC bang promotions, the event now welcomes players both in traditional gaming centers and at home.
In addition to the direct entry system, Riot introduced a "One More Ticket" option. This feature gives players who miss out on a prize another opportunity to re-enter, with the chance to earn multiple tickets based on participation. Exclusive Wayray-themed merchandise is also available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The event runs from Feb. 6 through Feb. 30 and coincides with Wayray’s official debut, which was highlighted during the VCT Masters Bangkok finals. Riot encourages players to visit its official website for complete event details.
Founded in 2006, Riot Games is known for titles such as League of Legends and VALORANT and has been a significant force in global esports. The company continues to expand its portfolio with new titles and multimedia projects, aiming to deliver fresh experiences to gamers worldwide.
