Jarno Opmeer crowned 2025 F1 Sim Racing World Champion
Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing driver Jarno Opmeer claimed the 2025 F1 Sim Racing World Championship title on Thursday.

Opmeer locked in the victory with a 7th-place finish in the final round, held at the EFG Studio in Stockholm, Sweden.
Now a three-time champion, the Dutchman surpasses Brendon Leigh, who won in 2017 and 2018, to become the most successful driver in the competition's history.
Starting the decisive race from 14th, Opmeer steadily moved up the order. His 7th-place result was enough to clinch the titl. This marks the second straight year an Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing driver has taken the driver's championship, following Frederik Rasmussen's win in 2023-24 on F1 23.
Beyond Opmeer's individual success, Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing also secured the 2025 Teams Championship, earning $130,000 in prize money. This victory marked the team's third in the eight-year history of the competition.
