The company's esports efforts reached a high point last year when HLE won the LCK summer championship, marking a significant achievement. The LCK triumph capped off almost seven years of Hanwha Life's commitment to esports, delivering HLE its first championship since its inception in 2018.

To further that momentum, Hanwha Life has upgraded player living arrangements, providing each team member with their own private room, moving away from the earlier shared two-per-room setup.

The team bus, which doubles as transportation and a recovery hub during tournaments while showcasing the HLE brand, has also received an overhaul.

"HLE's path reflects Hanwha Life's pursuit of bold new ventures beyond conventional insurance, like expanding globally and pioneering financial AI," the company stated.

“As fearless innovators, we're excited to see HLE and Hanwha Life tackle their challenges in the year ahead.”
