Trent Boult breaks IPL record as Mumbai Indians secure first win of the season
Trent Boult etched his name in IPL history by becoming the first bowler to reach 30 wickets in the first over of matches.

The Mumbai Indians pacer dismissed Sunil Narine in the opening over against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Wankhede Stadium, claiming his 30th first-over wicket.
With this milestone, Boult extended his lead over Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who has 27 such wickets. Remarkably, Boult achieved this feat in just 96 matches, whereas Bhuvneshwar took 126 games.

Boult's early breakthrough set the tone for MI, as debutant pacer Ashwani Kumar impressed with a four-wicket haul, helping bowl out KKR for just 116 runs.
Chasing a modest target, MI opener Ryan Rickelton led the charge with a quickfire 62 off 41 balls.
The hosts comfortably reached 117 in 12.5 overs, securing their first victory of the season after two consecutive losses.
