    Jason Roy quits the new IPL season

    Jason Roy, one of Rajasthan Royals' star players for the forthcoming season, has quit the IPL.

    Meanwhile, Gujarat Titans player Steffan Jones says he is going to return to his former team as their performance fast bowling coach. Jones worked in the same role for the 2019 IPL season before leaving and has now returned as a senior high-performance bowling coach. The Royals will have him take charge of training and performance. Jones said, "I enjoy coming back to Rajasthan Royals for 2022."
